I am a professional chef and this recipe adaption is the most authentic and true I’ve seen one RU-vid. I’ve been through about five now and this is the only one I’d consider making for my family. I’m not keto but I’ve dabbled in it and I think this recipe is solid from that perspective also.
GIRL! I am hooked on your Keto recipes. Those stuffed peppers were amazing. I will be making this risotto very soon. I’m so glad I found your channel. 😊
You are gonna convert me on the mushrooms 🙌🏾 I’m so making this because I already know it’s good! I made your mushroom pasta for my son (who loves mushrooms) and have been making your sauce EVER since. So quick and easy!
This is my go to ALL THE TIME! Solid recipe. I laugh so hard at the end you throw the F bomb. All your recipes are so perfectly executed. Well done my lady!
LOL I had to stop the video when you said you were indeed eating half a chicken, I about died laughing. Recipe is amazing, but you are a treasure!! New Subscriber here!!!
That looks so good!!!! I'd just pull the chicken and add it right to it myself. I'm lazy I just make a one dish free for all usually. lol Can you use cream cheese with this as well?
This looks like I need it in my rotation. Did you give us the chicken recipe already or not? Oan, every time I watch one of your videos after work I wake up singing the song...she make you wanna lick the plate! Lmao
Bruh no jarred garlic, but you use the frozen bagged caulirice???? I think it taste like rubber compared to fresh lol This looks great though!! Def adding to my rotation. Sooooo glad to have found you
let me explain something to you dear. frozen cauliflower is just that. cauliflower that has been frozen. there are no other ingredients in it. its just flash frozen cauliflower. JARRED GARLIC is not pure fresh garlic in a jar. it's sitting in a disgusting brine to "preserve" it and it distorts the flavor terribly. fresh garlic is always better than anything sitting in a jar for years waiting for someone to buy it ❤️
@@carnaldish Oh I 100000% agree. Not sure if you thought I was coming for you. I just found it funny. Frozen veggies are often picked at peak freshness and flash frozen so their taste and nutrients remain in tact. My freezer is full of frozen steam bag chopped spinach and brocoli. But TO ME frozen cauli tastes rubbery/chewy compared to fresh. Like frozen brussels always taste waterlogged and never crisp up when roasted like fresh. It helps I have a Vitamix and can rice a whole head of cauliflower in like 3min :) NO shade, sis. This looks amazing and I shaaaaall be making it (and that lemon blueberry crumble mmmm) I hope you keep posting keto stuff
a dry drinking wine, not a wine labeled "cooking wine" -- those are the worst. always cook with what you would drink. and it doesn't have to be crazy expensive. I get my wine for cooking from Costco, never spending more than $15 a bottle, but MOST of the ones I buy are around the $7 mark. Anytime a recipe uses a sweet or sparkling wine, it SHOULD specify. but if it just says "white wine", they're almost always talking about a regular dry white wine like Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, etc. I almost always use a Chardonnay because I find the flavor goes with sooo many dishes, but it really doesn't matter. Same principle applies to red wine, although some recipes will specify if you should use a more nuanced wine as reds tend to be a bit bolder, more complex, and give off different notes. It's good to have at least 2 different whites and 2 different reds specifically for cooking just to cover your bases for majority of recipes you'll cook.
cauliflower rice is full of moisture dont you cook the moisture out of it in the pan, after you take it out of the micro? that recipe looks cute but i would throw in some cream cheese
Jeeses! Too fast, I never saw anyone sautee shroons before garlic! and the herbs so early! It's a mess, I got so much liquid in here and the spinach is going to loose all its properties ... the explanation is a mess!
