One of Mrs. Galang's many versions of the Baked Macaroni -- this one is creamy, cheesy, and saucy!
This version features a "ragu" or meat sauce recipe which she developed using pointers that she learned from an Italian neighbor from many years ago. No, it is not an exact copy of that recipe which takes seven hours to simmer. It is not the usual sweet-style Pinoy spaghetti sauce, either.
This video also features a different way of cooking the macaroni, resulting in a creamy and tasty pasta layer that definitely brings the final product to a better level.
