A delicious and relatively quick, fresh and flavour packed creamy garlic & mushroom prawns recipe that is easy to make with very few basic ingredients.
Generally served with steamed rice or garlic bread.
To make it a meal by itself, you can add pasta of your choice.
INGREDIENTS:
( God for 2 people )
* RPrawns - 250 gms
* Button Mushroom - 70 gms -
* White Onion - 1 medium size
* Garlic - 5 cloves
* Corn Kernel - 30 gms
* Unsalted Butter - 1 tbs
* Fresh Cream - 180 gms
* White Pepper Powder - to taste
* Salt to taste
* Cheese - 100 gms (Parmesan / Cheddar)
NOTE:
* Serve Hot with steamed Rice or Garlic bread.
* You can also add pasta of your choice to make it a complete meal.
