Creamy Leftover Pork Roast
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
2 Peppers
1 Onion
2 Stalks Celery
Leftover Roast (Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb)
Creamy Sauce Mix
2 C Hot Water
Saute vegetables and garlic in oil. Add leftover roast cubes. Mix sauce mix with hot water and add to skillet. Heat until sauce thickens and meat is warmed through.
Serve on rice, mashed potatoes or broad egg noodles. Also great on its own with crusty bread and a nice green salad.
