Creamy Mexican Style Coleslaw (Let's use some veggies from the garden!) 

Today we're making a creamy Mexican style coleslaw, using cabbage and some other goodies from the garden. This can be thrown together quickly for an easy weeknight side dish! Bonus, I share how I make a quick and easy mayonnaise recipe, that we use for the base of our dressing.
