CREAMY MUSSEL CURRY RECIPE: How To Cook Coconut Curry Mussels
Ingredients:
1 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
1 tbsp Cape Malay curry
1 tbsp garam masala spice
1 tbsp paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 chili (halved)
1 lemongrass
3 tbsp water
1 cup of coconut milk
1 lemon
1 onion
black pepper
olive oil
3 tbsp of cream
coriander herbs

Wow !! No Comments ‽‽(... This looks amazing !!!.. I don't have all the ingredients.. but I have a ready curry mix.. and I will.. WILLLLL. Be making this tomorrow with muscles and shrimp 🍤 and we will eat this with reg long grain white rice and Garlic Bread.. Being cold turns coconut milk white like that? I’ve only ever seen it clear-ish and very thin. It would take about four large coconuts to get that much. Eight or ten smaller ones.

The written recipe and the ingredient list near the start of the video show paprika being used, however in the video it is not used, nor shown. How important is the paprika to this dish? Also, is it sweet paprika, smoked, or hot?

Hi, I used smoked paprika, you are welcome to use your favourite paprika. I lost the footage for that, that's why it's not in the video.
