Thank you for making this video ! The recipe is simple and extremely easy to follow and remember ! I made this last night and it was hands down the best pasta dish I ever made ! The only change I made was replacing the white fish with salmon !

I live in SWFL and fish most days and always looking for new recipes to add to my routine. This is my 3rd or 4th of Joel’s recipes I used and while they were all great, this one was DYNOMITE!! Followed recipe but doubled it and subbed the scallops with little neck clams and my family of 4 devoured it all! Even made the pasta from scratch from your recipe and was top notch!! I almost left the tomato’s out, but decided WTH, charred them up on my grill burner and not only did they add a nice flavor, they added some color to the dish!! Thanks and keep them coming! Big fan here in South west Florida!!

Nice recipe and great instructional style. (I didn't have all of the seafood cuts in this presentation, but it's flexible. I also added some lemon zest at the end and it worked nicely.) I would also say that the seafood cooking times seem a bit brief.

I made a variation on this today for dinner. Oh man it came out great (except the prawns got over cooked). My wife likes clams and mussels in the shells so I left them en'shell, but that made mixing in the pasta at the end more difficult. Thanks so much for the inspiration.

My talented chef, I really ENJOY so much watching you just working! You just uplift my spirits!❤️ But still, I also started to seriously think, to try YOUR version of seafood pasta! You see , there are a few versions, and I apply the Mediterranean one with only fresh tomato sauce and wine , and lots of parsley and garlic..(Using just prawns and fish filet.)

I looked at your homemade pasta recipe and I make it with 2 cups flour/3 eggs and teaspoon of salt. I was wondering if you ever mix the 00 flour with semolina flour for more texture in the pasta? Your noodles in this recipe looked firmer.

A missed opportunity chef! You could have sliced the shrimp in half lengthwise like in your other video 😂. Easier to twirl with the pasta lol. Beautiful recipe and happy Whiskey got a delicious treat.
