Thank you Jay, I really love this video and your explanation ❤. I am a big fan of your videos. I am looking hard for your course. 5 weeks is a long time to wait 😅. Let’s start as soon as possible 😊
Glad you like them! I am working to getting my membership up and running - to be clear, it’s not a course, but more like an ongoing mentorship with a private like-minded community and ongoing learning and support :)
thank you so much Jay. I love your videos, you gave us some Info in this video other people sell for hundreds of dollor. thank you from the buttom of my heart ❤
Thank you very much for your great videos, from which I learn a lot. I think you have designed a super creative, stand-alone T-shirt design! But how will it be found by potential customers without ads? With so many competitor t-shirts out there. Do you have any tips for a corresponding listing?
Good question! Honestly, a lot of new listings get "their chance" and are shown on the first page of results in various sport for what seems to be 4-5 days or so, depending on how many new listings get thrown up, and how quickly - which is another reason to stick to evergreens or even seasonal if you're 3-4 months out still to get the early sales. But that's why it's so important to stand out & be better than the 10000s of other shirts. Your design can stand out, but also putting it on a different coloured shirt will help get it seen too. Then maybe add an option on a black shirt too since it's the most popular colour so that if/when someone spots and clicks on your "orange" tee, and then clicks on your brand, they'll see the black one too (which would never have stood out on its own). Otherwise, ads will definitely help too. Hope this makes sense - it's a lot to digest sometimes, haha but that's how my brain works :)
Jay given you changed the saying (for good reason), what would the listing and keywords look like to get sales. We can’t use the original phrase so curious to the marketing strategy on something like this
Good point! So you can target brands with your ads, but otherwise some the phrase we used will be enough for it to show up in similar searches if that makes sense. The nice thing about what we did here is that it has no "official" political affiliation which means we can still advertise it (shirts with obvious political references are not eligible for advertising in Amazon). Great question! Thanks for watching!

@@jayswayworks Any design, or just add a date and name to your design, maybe make a copy so you don't ruin your original one, if you would. What I really want, if possible, is to see the steps involved in taking the personalized design from Kittl to HC start to finish. I know how to do pdf from Canva to HC, but not the PNG from Kittl to HC. This is why I don't design with Kittl right now. Another question I had around Etsy is, would this design work well on Etsy too? I am looking forward for HC use on Amazon FBM in the future, but want to be able to have the freedom to use other design softwares besides Canva.
I don't think general stores will ever be doomed - you'll just need thousands and thousands of listings and a good strategy in place to keep the unique designs flowing. It's just much, MUCH easier and less work if you niche down a bit and focus on design :)

Hello Mate, I have attempted to create an Amazon Merch on Demand account four times, but each time my application has been denied. Could you please provide some guidance on what I can do to increase my chances of being accepted? Thank you for your time and consideration.
You can do whatever you want. I'm just telling you what I do. When someone leaves you a review, Amazon boosts your shirt in their algorithm so i try to raise my prices to capitalize on the sales that come after a review is posted. Hope this makes sense!
i just checked and it says your email is undeliverable - maybe check your junk? Or maybe you marked it as junk or unsubscribed before - that would make you unable to resubscribe and automatically make your email list banned from me. Otherwise, add "jay@jaysway.works" to your safe email list if possible :)
