Hey Emily! When you attach an article in a case, can customers see that in their casefeed? We have internal and external articles

Hey Emily, tried adding videos via the "embed multi-media content" icon and added code, but seems to just show up as nothing. Any thoughts? Would like to for example add a youtube video

Thanks Emily! When creating an article, can you also embed images, such as screenshots in the text of the article?

Yes you can! It looks like both the question and answer fields are rich text and can have images. So to do that you'd need to click on the image icon above where you write the text. There are a bunch of options for formatting and the one that has the square with the mountain and sun in it is the image option. This is next to a video play button.
