Hello , Im running into a issue can you guide me on this. my requirement is similar that some articles (which comes under a particular data category) needs to shown in one of the portal site and not into other site for the community users. the steps i followed was Go to Profile of the community user and under the Data category - turn off the Data categories which i don't want to show up in one of the portal. but the issue is that as the community user will be created a role will be assigned to him and that role is getting the properties inherited from the parent role and that parent role has access to artciles of all types if i don't want to a particular data category type to be visible in one of the portal site then i need to go to each role against a user and turn off the Data category visibility. is there a way we can automate the control or turn off the visibility of data categories when the user gets created and when role will be applied to the user so that it should inherit the data category visibility property

followed the same steps but in my case aritlces are not visible for guest users any solution for this?

Is there a way in which I can see the most viewed knowledge article by the user? So, that I can know which article is most helpful to the users. If so, how can we do that?

Hi Namratha, Thank you so much for making videos on Community. Is there a way we can change the name of the button "Follow" to something else in the Knowledge Articles?

I have a small doubt it may not be under the right section.. what is the differnece between aura and lwc .. i am not a developer ... will admin handle this or use for config ..please it will be helpful.. anyone other if u know plz answer this

@@sfdconestop thank you for the reply... i am not planning to code as i have no expereince in it.. as a PM or BA if they have no coding expereince in real time how can they decide to tell which one to use while building custom components is my doubt.Hope i am bit clear in my question.Thanks in advance

got it, for customization it is always recommended to use latest framework which in this case is LWC, hope it clarifies!!

Hi Vasu, Thanks for reaching out to us, appreciate it. If you havent subscribed our channel, please do subscribe, like and share with friends and colleagues. I think you can add on the right side of the page, drag and drop the component under TOPICS section, but if you are looking for something like Knowledge one, I dont think thats possible, however I havent tried that as well.
