do we have the sharepoint to work now for the same scenario? i.e. live update?

Just the video I was trying to find, spot on as always. If I am only using an import source would to the data (edited or new) not flow through the next time the report is refreshed?

Possible way to get direct query. Use SharePoint API to get data in list, write data to azure SQL then connect power bi to azure sql. Round about way and alot of moving pieces.

I am wondering if with the new Change Detection feature in the April release of Power BI if the PowerBIIntegration.Refresh() function is no longer needed.

I think they support different user cases but I can see that they overlapp in some too :)

Really sooper ... Assume that a PowerBI report is connected with a user, that user is no longer available in the organisation. Now can we tack ownership and refresh with a user who login the powerapp . Please reply ...

I did everything you did, I added a new row , I pressed on refresh from Power Bi web But unfortunately it didn’t get the new row, but when I do refresh from power Bi desktop it gets the new row How can I configure the refresh from the power Bi desktop Thanks

Hi, I would like to know... with an existing APP does the PowerBIIntegration.Refresh() is going to work? or it is just to NEW Apps ?

Thanks for the video, same question as one, can we use a allready existing app? Someone create some apps for filling sharepoint lists, i did the report reading sharepoint list, can i insert his apps?

To use powerbiintegration.refresh, you need to create a new app. There are some workarounds on the web, test if they work for you. /Ruth
