thank you! I found trying to manipulate text and images in that particular interface pretty difficult. Specifically on the iPhone (screen size being the issue). iPad wasn't too bad.
Yes, absolutely. If you’re an IOS user with the Mail app then go to Settings > Mail > signature and choose either ‘per account” if you use multiple accounts and want a different signature of each or ‘ all accounts’ if you want one signature for all. Hope this helps!
What is I need to add a logo to the email signature and use Roboto as a font. I had to rebrand the signature for the company that I work for and the template I created in word using a PNG for the logo is not working.
There is an option to add a png or jpeg to your signature. I’d suggest adding the text as normal then using the image upload option to do the image at the end. It’s not as flexible doing it using the mobile version of outlook compared to the web, but it does still allow you to add both text and images.
@@Andy_Todd Thank you for your reply. The signature is side by side with a divider in the middle, so I used a table to create it in word. Unfortunately, the iPhone mail signature does not like that.
Not something I've done but wonder if you could create the signature in an email with colour formatting then copy and paste it into this box (this may be your workaround). Afraid I'm not an Andriod user so can't test or advise on that one. Sorry!
If you link multiple email accounts to the app then when you open the signatures option you should see a toggle option called ‘per account signature’. You can enable this then add one signature per account, which can of course be different. Hope this helps. Thanks!
