To get what I was looking for I went to References -> Add Table of Contents. Then customized table to make levels = 4. This made a table with automatically clickable links based on how I used 'heading 1', 'heading 2', etc throughout my document

Hi, by following this way will I be able to get the definitions of the Index values also. I want to try order the Index/ Glossary by alphabetical order, with all page numbers of the word or terms and a definition beside or below the word. I tried this by inserting table of authorities, however this seems very temperamental. Thanks

Firstly - this is a great video, thanks. At the end you commented that the Paragraph mark will show the XE code if hidden. I have stakeholder that need to review documents in WORD and not PDF and need to HIDE the XE Code. Unfortunately the Paragraph mark doesn't hide them in the same way they make them visible...any way to HIDE ALL? Many thanks for your help.
