Hi I have a video on Gallery designs. It would give you the knowledge to be able to build such views. Check it out here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-usTGrplF48I.html
Need one help : Once I Edit my form I want save the record with changes instead of adding as new record can you please help me with. Patch( 'SBU-Transition_Checklist_DB', Defaults('SBU-Transition_Checklist_DB'), Form1.Updates, 'Form-2'.Updates, 'Form-3'.Updates, 'Form-4'.Updates, 'Form-5'.Updates, 'Form-6'.Updates, 'Form-7'.Updates, 'Form-8'.Updates ); Navigate('Main Page');
OK. So I assume you have a column to track user id/ user email, and that is auto populated anytime a user fills the form. You can query that field anytime a user clicks "Add New Record" (button to open form in New record mode). So you can just Filter your table where user email equals current app user and if a record exists, you can either give them a notification to edit their existing record or just directly open the form in edit mode using the variables I defined in this video. That way, a user will have only one record
