I absolutely love what you guys are doing and the wide spectrum of functionality and usability you are developing into your systems. Being able to create 'mini-gpt' apps for a wide variety of clients, and have them customized by loading selected material is a huge demand tht I think you product helps solve. Kudo's to your team at RikuAI.

help! I loaded up a bunch of PDFs into the knowledge base and then connected a chatbot to it and it works pretty well. But unfortunately it only works on my mac! it just times out on my Windows machine and it doesn't work for my friends either. :{. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a specific use case I need you to confirm if I can implement with RikuAI. As an instructor of an international marketing certificate, I need to assess students' answers using the ChatGPT for a particular assignment. The certificate provider has some documents that specify requirements to be used by the students as well as their tutors as guides for proper answering. The tasks are broken down into subtask, each sub task has a set of "assessment criteria" which in turns has a set of "indicative content". If I want to assess an answer of a subtask, I need to feed the system with: Task brief (the question) Assessment Criteria for that sub task Indicative Content related to each assessment criteria. Then the student (if shared publicly) or I (if I use it as a tutor) should input the answer to get the assessment from the bot. Then this would be even interesting when the conversation go on for further analysis or even recommendations. Is that doable through your new chatgpt studio?

I'd love it if you could do a video and explain the difference between fine-tuning a model, and customizing it by loading selected documents. I think a lot of people (I know I did) confuse fine-tuning and mis-understand what it really is (complicated and time consuming), versus what it is they really want, which I think is customized data uploaded to the app so it can access it and answer accordingly. Thoughts?
