I do have a coaching framework I use for clients. I created it after a while of working with a number of other models I learned from coaching school. I did a video on my channel working with it on a live audience, and the results have been phenomenal. I call The 3R Coaching Model because it's based on same letters: REALITY, RESULTS, ROADBLOCKS

That is such a great question! Coaching models are great especially if you're just getting started and feel more comfortable following a structure. But if you've gained experience and comfort in showing up, that's a great way to go too. Thank you. That's exactly the way I always felt it should be--learn other approaches and adapt them to your own if they appeal to you. It's the way I taught for 34 years. Now it's the way I want to coach.
@@mindvalleycoach Maybe you can suggest a tip for me. I am trying to get into the coaching business, but my ads and videos, while getting "likes" on Facebook, are getting me NO clients. I've worked hard on my advertising, but I'm getting no results. Any suggestions? I'm on Facebook under "What the Heck is a Life Coach?"
@@joanfoxwright4221 If you're just getting started as a coach and don't have a strong following yet, it might be too soon to jump into advertising. Focus on building your credibility and following first. Also, it's important to analyze if your target audience is using that platform. Maybe the platform or the content is not attracting the right audience which is why they don't convert into clients.
