Plenty of evidence out there to suggest a mostly plant based, with small portions of meat (grass fed natural) and smaller size fish (less mercury), is optimal. These MD’s and researchers who spout studies to support their side only, are concerning. Most studies are no where near perfect, nor comprehensive. And there is probably 3x more that we don’t know, than know. Anecdotal and individual patient results is the only way to be sure, for each individual patient. Both extremes of diet camps eliminate processed and junk foods, and improve insulin profiles. This is why both vegans and carnivore can end up extremely healthy. But again, we don’t know everything. So, all the advice in this video is excellent and will improve health.

But doesn't creatine turns into creatinine in the body and this might stress out someone with kidney insufficiency?

What kind of creatine? Most of it has a ton of sugar to promote muscle loading. Do we want the shugar or not want it?

Hi Dr. I’m 47 years old and I have R.A. Due to that factor and an accident years ago I was taken 800 mg of ibuprofen for a while. As COVID developed I took lots of aspirin with lemon but long story short. My egfr fluctuates between 82 down to 68. What can I do due to the fact that I also don’t have a gallbladder.
