Creatine, for me, will bring on a gout attack. So unfortunately, i can't use creatine as i already get more than my body can tolerate eating red meat more than twice a week...i eat a LOT more poultry than even most bodybuilders.
So do you suggest Oral Creatine Liquid Form or Powder? It may not matter in what form, but I am curious to know whats more effective. And what you recommend. Thanks.
So I'll be doing a new video this week on the different types of creatine, but to specifically address your question on liquid vs powder: creatine monohydrate is not stable over time in a liquid and degrades to creatinine. This is why you want to take your creatine in powder form.
I got a blood test when using creatine and one after not taking creatine for 3 months. By the first test, it showed my kidneys had to work verry hard to get the creatine out of the body. The second test showed my kidneys restored. So, is kidney damage (after using it for a long time) worth the use?
You are probably using too much.I really feel much better taking 3g of creatine every other day.Don't listen to 20g per day.Listen to your body we are all different. You may even need less.
