This whole time I thought juicing would help me get big like this. I’m have to stop and start using this and hopefully I can get this big. Thank you sir for this video.
Crazy how many of these celebrities and fitness models continue to be dishonest with their followers. Who else here has taken creatine, protein and aminos etc and make some gains but blew the fuck up when you took a Lil performance enhancing juice eh!! Lol
Simeon is one of the best exports that the UK has ever made to the US, easy to digest knowledge in understandable chunks with a down to earth delivery, long may you be successful
You seem like a cool / educated guy, so I hope you don’t mind some constructive criticism. I wish I got got the answers that I came to this video for. How much to take? When to take (after/before workout, or does it matter)? How often? Do you cycle it? How long to see results? What were your personal results? Possible side effects?
Been training for a good few years and just wanted to say: this is the first time I've genuinely felt like a product advertised by a fitness "influencer" would actually do me the world of good. Incredible video man. Long time fan!
Hi @@chrisahmed8660, I believe you are missing the point. This video's message is largely independent of the physical product he's advertising and can be easily verified, given the scientific approach Simeon's taken. I can pick up this or any other creatine product with similar properties and do so knowing a lot more about its benefits, and do my own research on the associated cons and market competition. That is what I am ultimately impressed by; the information and how I can use it to improve my training. Hope this helps you discern whether or not a "sales pitch" could actually end up benefitting you, regardless of the advertiser's intent.
@@theuntouchabletee4470 That sounds right, but BMI was the problem. I would pack on the muscle and not burn fat. Switched to a powerlifting style with less weight and more sets.
@@mickelsmickle8668 Try a 4 day split, hitting one major muscle group HARD each day. Bench, legs, back, shoulders. No supps except pre-workout. Example: on back day I do deadlifts, pull ups, bent over rows, and shrugs.
Creatine is good HOWEVER i just hate how nobody gives anyone a freaking heads up how it can cause erectile dysfunction & lower your sex drive 😂 Idk why people never mention this
I used creatine for more than 6 months However I could not get any difference After I quit for several months I have more growth of muscle with same degree of training The creatine effect is overly exaggerated It’s waste of money
If you take P.I's please don't stand there, pretendinig you got that jacked from only taking creatine, that would be a misleading non-truthe,Im sure you are a better person than that.Let us hear a reply to this please.tq
Wow I thought this guy was on ped’s the whole time , good to know it’s just creatine that keeps him massive and lean year round. Just wow what a genuine guy he is for sharing us this secret . This is probably also what gives him crazy amounts of strength while being under 10% body fat. His honesty is so refreshing.
I know you were trying to be sarcastic but give it a rest dude most of you people complaining haven’t given the gym all you got but instead hit 3 pussy ass sets a workout then start accusing others of taking juice it’s so bizarre
If this guy were honest hed tell you the actual research shows that the most basic and cheap form of creatine is the most effective. But hey. Hes selling ya shit. So gross.
Creatine is not a fkn ped. But most guys hating want size overnight. He just told yall he been working out for 21 yrs. Put in the work and stick with it. This shit is a lifestyle that most gym rats can't live without.
Take it everyday, whether you work out or not. I've been taking it for the past 5 months and have gained 12 lbs. I drink a lot of water, lift heavy, and eat a lot more than I used to (before I didn't have the appetite and didn't want to eat so much that I felt sick). Nowadays I have the appetite and I feel stronger than ever.
I got blood draw and they said it was creatine thst I was taking and it was creatine mono hydrate and idk if the kidney failure was starting to happen because I didn’t drink enough water on creatine or if it was just the mono hydrate , they said I was getting kidney failure but I hope this creatine will be different
I drink beet juice everyday before I go to the gym fucking amazing for blood flow and with all the other supplements I'm taking it's also good for the kidneys .taste awful though but it works wonders
I HATE HATE HATE when RU-vidrs delay the videos. There is zero benefit for this. You are not creating any type of anticipation this is RU-vid.. I’m gonna watch your videos regardless.. this just disappoints me, spams my feed, and makes me want to unfollow.
Hey, not sure what other RU-vidr’s do, but my intention behind the delay is not to build up anticipation. I make my videos go live at a specific time I feel the majority of my audience will be awake to see it. I’m a British guy living in California, so for example, if I post a video right now 7pm PST, it’s 3am in the U.K. meaning a high portion of my demographic won’t be awake to watch it, during the early period of its release. That is significant as RU-vid algorithms prioritise showing recently added videos for a set period of time. Hope that explains it, I appreciate you as a subscriber to my channel.
Thanks for the reply. Guess I jumped the gun a little bit. I just get a little excited when I see certain videos in my feed then don’t get to watch them. Completely makes sense. My bad Sim!
Love the video, but why do you not talk about creatine cycling? Do you just take creatine every day? Every day you work out? Or for a period of 6-8 weeks, a bit of time off and repeat?
the delusion in the comments. Simeon is not a good person to listen to. He ses performance enhancing drugs (not creatine) to attain his physique. The beginners lap it up
Really don't get why he doesn't just come clean.. if you see how Larry Wheels blew up by being honest, you would think he would follow suit... no one cares if you are on gear or not, they care if you can be honest enough to disclose it!
It's a tricky one. Kids following him should know they'll never look like him naturally but training is still worth it. If you tell them you're on PEDs then are you leading them down that path? At the end of the day this is his business, coming clean on the PEDs might affect the money he gets from promotions.
@@jjjjjj3423 definitely not me lol... I do the same weight as him lol sometimes it's not about looks.. again though that's not the point, it's not about jealousy it's about false impressions on the youth. Having them think this body is naturally obtainable is messed up then what is even scarier are the ones that find out he is juicing they just randomly start taking stuff (hint sarms) not knowing what they take so they randomly take stuff and die from heart attacks later in life which is what we are starting to see... but here you are talking bout "if he juices" smh if you can't tell if he does or not is really disturbing and just proves my point.
I get all the laughs and stuff, I laughed myself 😂. But, I get the point he’s talking about. For me I’m a hard gainer, and a little slimmer 5”9 155lbs. Had a friend around the same size, he was on juice while I had just added Creatine to my regimen. So he cycled off, so never knew he was on the juice until he asked my was I using & what I was taking on my off cycle to keep my size & strength and to his surprise, I was only taking Creatine, Pre-Workout & my Whey Protein. I was surprised he wasn’t using Creatine, but he added to he regimen as well. I didn’t look as sculpted as he did because he was on the prohormomes, but I still looked comparable, and I felt safer just taking my little ole Creatine.
You had newbie gains. Anything you did, you would have seen results which is why you claim to be a hard gainer. No, you just stopped making newbie gains creatine or not. Don't be so naive. Creatine doesn't do sh.. its all I'm your head. And your friend is a good friend. He's just trying to build you up. We all do it. Lol
Sorry Panda, but you don't look like someone who grew up on creatine 🙃 In any case, creatine only temporarily binds water in the muscles, thus you will gain more mass and become relatively stronger from it, but as soon as the creatine course ends, all the water will leave your muscles, so your mass will return to the original, where you started from, and your strength will also disappear. Constant creatine using is not healthy because it accumulates and destroys the kidneys
I have a feeling so long as you drink enough water and work out properly you should be fine..but I'm no scientist. I've been on creatine the past 5 months..maybe this year I'll have a health screening to see any body changes, aside from a weight gain of 12 pounds..hopefully of mostly muscle.
@@curryascocarrasco4829 I absolutely do not recommend the use of bulking powders that also contain creatine Creatine binds water to the muscles only as long as you use it After that, if you leave it, all the water will be drained from your muscles and the relative strength provided by creatine will also disappear Creatine is like sand, it passes through the kidneys and is excreted through the urine, which does not have a good effect on the kidneys at all, absolutely not in long run. I also used creatine when I started training for about two months, but to be honest, I didn't see much point in it because even though I gained 5 kg in muscle mass but, when the creatine treatment ended, I was at the same place where I started before the treatment, both in terms of muscle mass and strength Pay attention to your diet, calculate how many carbohydrates and how much protein you need in a day in order to gain mass, instead of stuffing yourself with creatine

@@JD00-d5d thanks cause I already have whey I take it once a day seems to be Wrkn good so if I add this in the morning im going to be beast mode lol didn’t kno I can use both
It made my butt big I regret taking it ! It literally made my butt big like a woman I’m pissed about it I used to have a hard muscle ass now it’s soft like a girls and it’s huge I don’t recommend
Creatine is the only supplement I take and I've been on it for the past 5 months..I've gained 12 lbs so far (I have 3 more I want to gain). I feel stronger for sure. I take 5g creatine monohydrate mixed with a protein/greens shake with some caffeine, agave, and coconut oil. I work out 5 days a week lifting HEAVY. I haven't calorie counted and only kind of track protein and drink a lot of water. It's been great so far. My coworkers have noticed my body shape change from slender yet strong to now buff lol. I'm 4'11, from 100 lbs to 112 and hopefully to 115 soon enough.
Great info and explanation of the benefits of creatine hcl. What would be your recommended dosage for a beginner wanting to load and then maintain daily? I love your videos, very detailed info and I dig the instrumental beats too!
Loading cycle is usually 20g daily divided to 5g servings for 1 week and then you take 3-5g daily. Loading phase does nothing more than satturate your muscles faster by 2-3 weeks. You will propably use your bathroom more during loading phase tho.
