Maybe he is taking something or maybe not but the hard work that it takes to build this body is very difficult to do. I just started working out and I bet the drugs dont take away the pain and long hours it takes because if it did everyone would take them.
I used to follow sim a very long time ago when i was a kid, i grew up on his advice and im getting into doing similar myself. Id say this is one of the most educational videos around basic stuff that nobody talks about. I appreciate this video, its good to see sim is still up there too
