Loving all the old 2020 playlist as had a horrible cold so binge watching them. Will print out Maud's list as I think I am at least 3 years behind you in junk journals term. Keep up the good work/play Love them all.xx
I love all of the envelopes! Quick & easy! Good job on your goals so far! Starting your business is part of making yourself better! You'll learn and grow a lot!!
I love all of the envelopes. I also started making them with some old calendars I found in a drawer while decluttering. Good luck with your goals - looks like you are off to a great start.
Loved this whole video! You have inspired an almost 68 year old 👵🏻! I am going to use your goal setting idea and checking in every so often. Thanks again 🤗🥰😉!
Enjoyable video as I also love pockets and congrats on eating vegetarian. I have been vegetarian for 40 plus years and vegan for 2, good for me, good for animals, good for the planet.
I love the envelopes and gives me inspiration on making some...got lots of cool books for book pages and some full size pages of illustrations as well. Good luck with your store!!
I adore these envelopes. I can't believe how easy you made the envelopes from book pages, I never thought of folding and cutting the pages to make envelopes like these. Love how you decorated them to, and Yes I must start using my Washi. Thanks for the tip about keeping Washi too long!
Tim Washi and Uncle Ali! Thank you for the to new sources for shopping!! Ha! You are so inspiring and amazing. Those books are incredible amd you are so brave to use them ;)
Envelopes.... I love them all and well done for your goals so far... I'm still figuring out mine, well they will be more plans for this year rather than goals. But I'm getting there! 😁😁😁❤️
Thanks sweetie! It doesn’t really matter what you call them, plans, goals, visions...as long as you know where you want to go and make each day count 😃❤️
Wow, time has flown. This video was 2 Februarys ago. lol. Love when your older videos come up on my feed. I also love the videos and the thought process behind them. Thank you for sharing the prompt list.
Hi Terese, honestly I use the cheapest one 😂. I buy mine locally from a Dutch chain called Hema. The only “professional” I found that found is really strong is from Tombow, but interestingly only the large one, the small one dries up too fast.
Looove these envelopes 😍! I throughly enjoyed the whole process of making them. Thank you Barbara for making me happy with your beautiful art and super enjoyable videos 🥰🦋💝.
These are so so cute!!! I have not tried them but plan to send extra pages to 2 friends that I had made and and gifted journals to..will include some of the envelopes with the extra pages!!.....Appreciate your videos so much!!!💝
Great video!! Love all the envelopes. Especially love your goal check in , very inspiring...makes me realize I need to do that, lol! Hope you’ll do it again! Have you considered going from vegetarian to vegan?
Thank you Barbara for another inspiring video. I’m really enjoying watching your channel. I made my first junk journal in December having watched your December daily series. However with the holidays and now that 2020 is in full swing I haven’t spent as much time in it as I would like. Perhaps I need to make it one of my goals.😁 Warm regards from South Africa 🤗
Love the envelopes! So creative and beautiful. Maybe a silly question, but what will you put in the envelopes and will you actually send them to friends? Thanks for the inspiration. ♥️
Sweet! I do have an Asian packet waiting to used, just found a fun way. At the top of my street there is a paper store that I spotted handmade rice papers and Asian inspired. I do like that grid washi and saw it on Ali Express. Thanks on advice of washi expiration. My fave was the last one, the bird napkin one. CONGRATS on the progressive success on your goals! TFS
This is one of the best vids I've seen about junk journaling. I've been trying to figure out why to even make a junk journal. Though I very much admire how many people have decorated theirs, I've never seen a better use of one in about 4 months of diligent watching of new content about Junk Journaling. Congratulations on your excellence in art as well as purpose. You are easy to listen to, you use a pace that I can keep up with, but doesn't bore me. You are an ideal presenter all the way around. (And your English is superb, BTW.)
No, i didn't liked the video, i adore it! 😍 Such adorable little envelopes and so nice to feel you content about your goals. Only forward, other option you don't have 🙂 And finally some good news about your shop, is closer now. Much love and thank you for your passion, makes me to craft again and again! 💞💞💞
I really enjoyed this tutorial regarding the envelopes, especially the goals one. You have inspired me to do this to improve myself and to make journals. Thank you!❤️
Amanita mushroom. This was so inspirational. I've been trying to think what other ephemera I can put in the junk journals I am making and this is perfect. Thank you.
You have so much talent and a great eye for details. I love watching all your videos, keep them coming. I really must practice rather than just watch though. All the best.
I really liked how you put you new year's goals on decorative cards stashed in decorative envelope and then periodically check in on how you are doing, record and stuff that in the envelope too and move it ahead in your journal to find again. Brilliant! I think i could do that! Thank you!
Hi Maria, it’s this one: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000641G9Y/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=49dragonflies-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=B000641G9Y&linkId=5952baf2e31110f37c8c2ce6c30fcb3b
I find that checking in with my goals every quarter is a good time frame - that way it's regular, some time goes past but not too much time Lovely pockets - your handwriting is gorgeous! I was wondering if you'd care to swap postcards? I live in England and would love to get a postcard from you to stick in my journal! If you're interested I'm this name on all social media, so send me your address? My journals are slowly getting more and more.....junky 😂 it's a fab mix of personal journal, art, calligraphy and STUFF!
Love-love-love them, all the envelopes turned out beautiful! You're so amazingly good at this, talented woman!! Thank you for sharing! /Ditte (today again in a rainy - but also very windy Sweden..... Wishing for spring asap!)
This was so inspiring!!! I loved all the envelopes, you are right, they are so much fun to make. I have made a few. Good luck with your goals, it looks like you are doing really well.
So inspirational, I love that you did a goal check-in! Your year is off to a great start Barbara. Thanks for sharing about this, as well as the lovely envelopes.
The five envelopes were beautiful, I especially liked the second one, although I loved all of them. I am glad you are doing so well with the goals you set for yourself!
Love the envelopes and that Tim Washi is one of my favorites too! lol I need to be more disciplined with my goals and get them written down. There are so many things to accomplish this year. Thanks for the inspiration!
I really like 'be the best version of you' and less is more. I'm working on the best version of me. I love the pockets you made, especially that they were using the bits you have on book pages. Though it's great to help others with their stores purchasing lovely things; many of us are using what we have to budget shopping.
