Most popular indoor houseplants require a good level of humidity - especially sensitive plants like Calatheas and Marantas, to name a few. Because many indoor plants are used to more tropical climates, it's a good idea to invest in a humidifier (either hot or cool mist) for the areas in your home where you have a lot of plants.
If you DON'T stay on top of your humidity levels, your plants can get crunchy and brown tips or crisp brown edges, or... in some cases, completely shrivel up. In this video, we'll show you how our Maranta Prayer Plant has fallen on hard times, and how we create a humidity dome or mini ecosystem to help the dying plant bounce back this spring.
