If you don't speak french, remember you can turn english subtitles on!
Plenty of tutorials already exists to create this kind of effects, but since i'm french and most of them are in english, i believe it is interesting to make a tutorial for people who don't speak english but french to help them editing their pictures!
To use this method, you may own the software Adobe Photoshop and know these basics :
- Create and use layers
- Use the Brush tool
- Use the Scale tool
