Lindsay is as every bit as good an educator as she is a photographer, and a damn sight better at both than I’ll ever hope to be. And her exuberant personality is an extra bonus. I so much enjoy watching her informative and instructional videos. Thanks, Lindsay.
@@lindsayadlerphoto most welcome when I just started in 2017 I knew nothing about photography and retouching and wanted to quit but I started to watch all of your videos and got motivation. Thanks to you I have this magazine today and is traveling and shooting models al over, I can't thank you enough. Thank you QUEEN LINDSAY🙌🏽
Lindsay, all of your videos are informative, inspiring and fun-but this one is my favorite. Simply sensational shots and explanations. Thank you, and Happy Halloween!
really love your creation and looking forward to hear your works for the coming Christmas, also love to see chances our products for live streaming can contribute to your work in the future.
Shabang. Excellent work, those lights remind me of how Peter Hurley sets up his Keno Flo's for head shots, and you have taken it to a totally new level, by adding colors. Brilliant. You have so many talents. Thankyou and happy Halloween 🎃🎃🎃🎃
Stunning shots. Will you have the MUA competition again this year? I know it’s a ton of work and time but it was super fun to watch and created so much value. I’m sure many others would love for the series to continue. Even if it’s 1 episode a year ❤️
I have been experimenting with Lume cubes and gels, as well as the Pixelstick , now i see the results with the Pavotubes and I want to try them as well.
Interesting mix of colors. I would have experimented with magenta, instead of orange on the left hand side of the model. But I like the final shots, don't get me wrong. Excellent video, Lindsay!
Thanks! I'm not sure why the link isn't working, probably has to do with the area you're in since it links to US Etsy store. Link seems to be working fine on my end.
Really depends on what you're trying to achieve. The purpose of this video was showcasing the constant lights from Nanlite because they specifically allow you to change the color easily. Could you do the same thing with 5 gelled flashes? Probably. But this wasn't a video about what is better to use. :)
Hi Lindsay, over the years I've watched your vids and they are great, big thanks for that. My question is why do you use a 70-200mm f/2.8 vs the 100mm or 85mm and just move forward and backwards to your subject. Is it mainly because having the zoom ability you don't have to move as much? or is there a feature in zooms that fixed lens lack? Thanks
Why would she use a fixed lens? The RF zoom lenses are crazy, crazy, CRAZY sharp. The RF 70-200 2.8 stays on my camera more than any other lens even though I have an RF 28-70 f/2 and 100mm macro as well… There is literally nothing a zoom lens lacks over a prime with the new Canon mirrorless lenses, unless you want to shoot at f/1.2 for creative effect, something Lindsay DOES own an RF 85 1.2 for…
