creating a new anthurium hybrid-- documenting growth from pollination to seedling! 

i bow down to creators who specialize in documenting plant growth over long periods of time because the commitment is a lot! i'm glad i was able to film this process though because i think when people buy home grown anthurium seedlings from sellers, they expect extremely cheap prices just based on the size of the plant, but don't really take into account the work that was put in to get to that point. not to say that there aren't sellers out there that completely price gouge, but as someone who has created anthurium myself, i certainly have a respect for people who take the time to produce and sell quality plants.
