Hey Melvin! Great effort I found a mismatch between the dashboard value and the actual value from the excel sheet. maybe I am misinterpreting. 03:56 - Total no of units sold for America is 232.63K but the excel shows the total as 34500. Could you please clarify? Thanks in advance
This is not a Dashboard though, its a report, when you publish it, it comes under reports on the webpage. So lose all the sharing functions of a dashboard. I cant find the differance and why there is even a differance..
I have to agree with RunAwayGeek... you're using PowerBI DESKTOP, where if you hover over the "New" icon you see from the pop-up that you're creating a new REPORT, NOT a new DASHBOARD... ... all of which CONTINUES to AGGRAVATE and CONFUSE me about what Microsoft MEANS by a "REPORT" compared to a "DASHBOARD" if even the experts posting on RU-vid DON'T understand the distinction !!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.... Off to watch MORE videos and read MORE (also-confusing) PowerBI Community Forum posting UNTIL I find someone with a CLUE about REPORTS vs DASHBOARDS !!! (but I'm NOT bitter) ;-)
