So important to plan our time and use it as productively as possible because let's be real, no one has planning time during their actual planning time. Between PLC, IEPs, RTIs, etc...... you have no time during the day. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Very helpful as always! LC

Will you be posting your full mind map on Instagram. I love this idea and would love to see your entire thing. I often sparks ideas for me of what I need to be doing. What I might need to do is go through a week and see all the things I do and need to do.

what would you recommend if you're in a situation where the workplace is super disorganized and keeps throwing deadlines at you last minute? To be clear...this is not just a me thing but most people in my department as a whole feels there's no way we can ever just BREATHE and it's now November...

Jillian Lennertz it was bad. The video was cutting in and out and we had a TON of technical issues. Decided to delete it and I’ll redo that topic another week.

Please don’t work after school hours🤦🏾‍♀️work during planning and lunch if you have too. Then cut it off after school. This prevents the teacher burn out.
