it looked like absolute garbage until the very end. I'm a programmer and I feel demotivated whenever things that I'm working on doesn't really works as I want them to be. Animators deseverves great respect for not giving up and finishing a very poor looking scene until the very end and making them so beautyful

I like the light and shadows when he's passing through the buildings, as well as the sound effects for the webs. Great job, man.

despite this being time consuming asf, it seems fun coming up with cool movements then making it flow after. spiderman is such an acrobatic character that it seems pretty awesome to just experiment with his agility

Honestly man I don’t even know how to thank you enough, I’m a beginner to animation in Blender and this tutorial helped me a lot, so thank you.

What a great tutorial! There are tons of tutorials on RU-vid showing how to rig models, or attach rigs to your own models, or attach MoCap info to your rig, but I haven’t come across any that were so helpful regarding actually ANIMATING a rigged character. And showing how to create a full scene, and with such a great result, ended up having so much helpful info for so many aspects of Blender, so thanks! (Like hitting Alt+G to make an object snap to the curve... I’ve watched a lot of tutorials and googled this weird issue so many times, and have not yet come across a solution until now.)

You are really good at this. One final comment though - lights on (cars, windows) and bright day, is the only disturbing imperfection I found ;)

It is a great tutorial series. Really informative, technical, and overall in-depth. Thanks for showing this to the rest of us freely. Just a small opinion tho, I think the camera wiggles/shakes a bit too much. I think it doesn't need to shake all the time, especially during the dive. It should only shake when changing directions. Everything else, just so good.

hi Peter. Thanks for this amazing tutorial, I've learned so much! My animations in 3d are still very rough (I'm a 2d animator and I'm still struggling to handle a 3D rig, but it's just a question of time and practice). I really like your method about the cloth simulation for the webs, very clever; all the part of the road and cars and the various extrusion is very interesting, as well as al the trick about adding noise movement to limb and camera. Very well done

Nice tutorials! Didn't know you could keyframe visibility like that. I just thought they were toggles. Also, when you were animating the cameras rotation, you can use Shift+` with the camera selected to move the camera like you're looking around in an FPS. It's quicker, and helped me out a lot when I figured it out! WASD also move the camera in that mode, so be careful.
