Early 2023 my homemade Bafang sprocket broke for the first time. I then re-welded some welds on one side, but now after 10 months it broke loose again (on the other side).
This time we will make a sprocket with 13 mm offset from two original Bafang sprockets. I will use the Parkside welder and even my Southbend lathe has a small role in the video. The chain is completely worn out, but that is not strange considering the powerfull 500W Bafang BSB02B engine.
