Hello professor Venkatesh Merwade. Thank you for all you have done and still doing in this RU-vid channel. I have learned a lot from your videos (hec-hms, hec-ras, qgis, ...) and i have a folder in my laptop name Dr. venkatesh 😀with videos and text i took here and from your personal Website . I dream of being able to participate in one of your courses at the Purdue University. That was the funniest part but I have one problem, I'm not able to access the resource link gave on the pdf file on my windows laptop.

you can use IDM (Internet Download Manager) download the file.

Sure. Make sure you re-classify the raster to get the necessary landuse types for computing the CN
