Justin - you don't know how much time this has saved me! Thank you sooo much - all the way from Sydney. We're currently renovating and have an awesome guy making our house model (it's a complicated one). We want to model a host of different grooved cladding options and now with this we're cooking on gas again! It's a shame Patreon doesn't allow one-off payments as I would like to make one to you as a well deserved thank you for all your hard work. Subscribing isn't a great option for me as we are not using SU other than for our current renovation. Anyway - very grateful and cheers mate, Dave

Great features. I'm still working at learning some of the basic SU functions but am definitely planning on expanding my toolset by incorporating some of the plugins you feature on many of your videos. I may reach out to you later on a special request for help on possibly recreating a very professional looking rendering style that I came across online by an unknown author. Thank you very much for all the great tutorial content you put out.

Hey Justin, as usual a nice and instructive video. When I am installing the plugin, I get a warning that it is not compatible with my SU version which is 2018 and I might get into some usability issues. What is your advise, just do the install?

Correct, but like it says, just be aware that it won't be as stable as an "officially supported" extension (a lot of these older extensions are a bit "use at own risk". Save often, but it seems to be working ok for me in 2018

Hi Justin, Will you do a video on whether or not it is worth paying the upgrade for 2019 when they don't have anything to upgrade to? Last year they at least had something you received when you paid the subscription:). They don't even tell you the they will for sure have something. Thanks for your input on this.

Hi Steve - If/when they release a 2019 version, I'll definitely do a video on any new features, etc. That said, I don't know what their plan is or anything like that, so I think there's a fair amount of just waiting to see what happens. Thanks!

I complained with Trimble about Version 2019. They answered the next day "Thanks for your note. Rest assured, that we are definitely on the upswing! We appreciate that you’re paying attention to our release schedule, we’re also eager for our next update. Your intuition is spot on! We are feverishly working on the next major update to SketchUp Pro but it hasn’t been released yet."

I had this extension in my 2014 Sketchup Pro. Unfortunately, it won't work with the 2018 SketchUp Pro. I was using it a lot.

Install it anyway and it should work - just note that it's not 100% marked as stable and save a lot
