Follow me on my journey renovating my old semi detached house in the North of England UK. I love DIY and will try my hand at anything. You'll see me getting stuck in doing most of the work myself including joinery, plumbing (occasionally some plastering) and a lot of decorating! In the summer you'll see me out in the garden keeping on top of my outside space. I'm not a professional but hope that my videos can inspire you to take on projects yourself that you thought weren't possible. Hi everyone, in today's video I'm starting a major part of the house renovation - creating an extra bedroom, turning the house from a 2 bed to a 3 bed. The house is quite literally a building site and I put up a stud wall to split the old bedroom to create a new bedroom and bathroom.

Thanks Susan, I was surprised editing this how well I’d done with filming what I was doing. It did drop off a little bit with the bathroom but nothing too major was missed out! X

Is plastic pipe good enough for the radiators under the floorboard compare to copper?

I’ve had no issues with it yet! I did check on the pipe spec and it can be used for central heating. I use copper to connect on to the valves but not under the floor as the push fit fittings can be used on copper or plastic pipe.
