Hey Cooper Cubers!
So I decided to upgrade an old main of mine by adding in my own custom corner to core magnets. This was a ton of work but I had a bunch of fun. Thinking I will add even more magnets to this cube in future, make it an absolute monstrosity.

Interesting. I liked the idea (from the Gan 14? Not sure- I saw it in a review of some recent released cube) of a "core magnets" set-up, with corner-to -core, but also repelling magnets, in the edge-pieces. I have Ys3m ball-core (so it already has corner-to -core), and was thinking of DIY-ing repelling magnets, in the edges, since there's already a divot, in the middle of the underside of the edges, that seems a perfect spot to glue magnets. But (1) I have no idea what size/strength of magnets to get. And (2) I'm not sure if I'm willing to risk my messing with my 2nd best cube.

Yeah those newly released cubes are where I got the idea. That awesome that it has the space for it! But I understand your hesitation on messing with your cube, that's why I did it with one of my old cubes. In terms of magnets, there are some great recommendations out there, but the ones that I bought were N35 and N52 (this is the strength of the magnet) and then choose a magnet size that will fit into your cube (I used 4*2 mm)

Hmm interesting, i think you should 3d print the core magnet, It will help you to place mag on the core piece and on the core also, but nice vid

Hey thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately don't have a 3d printer, but I don't think it is possible to print a magnet on a 3d printer? If it is, let me know!

i just worried about the polarity of the magnet how to know ?

You can test if you have it rotated the right way by placing a piece on the outside of the plastic and as long as you always place your magnets on the same side of the pieces you're polarity will be correct

same idea cause my Moyu ms3 v5 super is perfect they have this thing idk what their called sticking out and tried sticking a magnet from my monster go(terrible isea) and it was stuck so decided to un magnetic my monster go(still a very stupid mistake) but now i saw this and i needed help because idk how to make thhe polarity the same
