Chia seeds have been very beneficial to boosting my energy. I soak 1 to 2 tablespoons in water over an hour and then drink it, EVERYDAY. The boost I'm getting is amazing. I'm still shocked, its been 2 months. And... I love your videos, sending love to you and your family.
