I switched from my Guardala studio mouthpiece to your model mouthpiece on my alto. had used it since 1991! I think your model has a great sound , it has power and is bright enough for me. The Guardala on alto was way to bright it would blow away my vocalists in the band they would have to take me out of the monitors!. I use a dark blue color number 8 facing with a #3 reed. I still use my Guardala studio on my tenor which I primarily play with a V16 # and a half. It's great for tenor but I do love your model Syos on my alto.. My friend Gabi Rose had recommended it to me. I also love your metal piece was wondering what that was?
Hi! Here from your transcription of Bartley's After You've Gone solo, as I suspect many others will be as well. Congratulations on transcribing and playing the most exciting sax solo anyone's heard for many years. Really phenomenal work on that. Liked and subbed 👍 I'm not a sax player but a particular fan of Cannonball Adderley. His record Know What I Mean? is my jam. His harmonic ideas and phrasing are just so elegant and inspired. I was wondering what you think of Cannonball's playing and if you ever considered transcribing any of his solos. Looks like this is a brand new channel - all the best with it and your career 👍
great Weaver of Dreams (you know the Coltrane Version - also one of my favourites) The Blue & Green and also the Red sounds good on my ipad speakers… difficult to really recognize because the speakers…
