I'm facing the resources not available error. I have to change to zone now?

And specially what I have observed in "terraform--version" command in my terminal it's showing "out of date" this was same error I got in one of the previous vedio also and in this after "terraform apply & yes I am getting 3 error".plz help

I tried the exact labs in 2 vedios but it's giving error I have tried multiple times but still getting error
