I'm SOOO glad I've found you, David B ! This is EXACTLY what us Yamaha players have been craving for - an instructional video pitched at just the right level, not too basic and not too techie ! Well done, David, and thank you for your help. Please keep more videos like this coming. Great !
Well done David. THE BEST EVER DEMONSTRATOR.I like the way you keep the screen focused whilst you explain in simple English suitable for beginners, so we can see well what you are doing whilst listening to you. Please do the rest as well; like how to modify an existing style; to create a song book; create multi pads; best vocal settings etc; etc;
An example values a thousand words, and this video worths a thousand of others I have seen. Thank you so much for making my life easier than to read all those manuals. Congratulations !
I'm with Hans-Joachim Storz .... VERY clear to understand. Very good video ... NOW I'm encouraged and want to go create my own styles and get away from the monotonous styles that already exists...
Thanks, David B, I have been waiting for this for a long time. I bought my T4 two years ago but it was left in the corner and collecting dust after getting bored with Yamaha keyboard's built-in styles which do not fit the style of music that I wants to play. This tutorial video will keep us love our Yamaha Tyros keyboard even more. Again, thank you, David B.
GHEEEE, now I really got it!!! I've studied the T4-manual several times, I've read different literature, I've tried by "Try and error", and every time I didn't succeed!!! Now the way is open!!! Thank you very much for your video. I wish you merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Kind regards from Germany Hans-Joachim
You are fantastic teacher. I will refer you to my pianist friends when using that piano model. thanks. one has Tyros 4 and presently learning it. Thanks again
David that was just wonderful!!!!!! And also if you can please make a video of "How to efficiently edit the song" . And How to record external sound with plugging in to Tyros". Please help !!!!!
helloo youtubers and David, i´ve asked this before and you were kind enough to answer my question back then, but could you do a tutorial where you show how to copy tracks from one pattern to another. I´ve used the assembly page but it would be super if you could show how also to the rest of us how to easily copy on track over to another part. Im loving my PSR-750, great great instrument :) thank you
freddo Thanks for your comment. I'm a little busy with some other projects at the moment, but eventually I will create a more in depth tutorial for creating styles and songs, including copying patterns.
Great tutorial. So if you do all the recording parts in instrument itself, no more CASM editing ? I ask because many said that doing a style from scratch is a big HEADACHE, but you made it look pretty easy and doable :)
David, first thanks for making this tutorial. I own a Tyros 4, I'm recording my chord and I can't seem to be able to use my foot pedal to do sustain. It works when not in style recording mode, but as soon as I enter it, it disappears. Is there to enable the function? Or is it one of those things where it just does work with style creator? Which would be kinda crappy for a $5k arranger.
It will really be helpful if you can do a detailed, step-by-step style creation video guide together with a similar complete song recording video tutorial for the PSR-S650. This particular model has been wanting a clear, concise guide. Even the S650 User Manual does not really help much. Hope somebody can give this some attention. Thank you in advance.
Thanks Davi .What about the audio style ?? Who we can do it ? I have my own style as awave which i want to use them as audio style in tyros 5 who can we do it ?? My wife she is saying its urgent """""
Alauddin MadaniI'm afraid the Audio styles cannot be transferred. You could sample them as loops and work in conjunction with a software like Ableton Live.
