Tip: To veganize the third recipe (the avocado egg salad), you can substitute chickpeas instead of eggs. Still full of protein + creamy texture! Delish!
Y'all if you want the other recipes to be vegan, just leave out the turkey/egg in the salad, and swap the hard-boiled egg for chickpeas in the pita! Still so good 😍
What I love about the recipes is that it can be all found in grocery stores. I live in the Philippines and most of the grocery stores here doesnt have rare vegetables or recipes that Food Bloggers use. Thanks for this Casset for this! I love your videos

Interesting idea with the salad; I may need to try it. Right now I use two containers, one for my greens and one for everything else, and use a travel size spray bottle to spritz on balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

If it's of any help, I pack healthy lunches every day just by cooking in bulk. On Sundays, I make a pot of rice, a pot of stir-fried vegetables, and a couple proteins like a piece of chicken (one fillet makes two lunches for me) and a couple pieces of fish. All the food is meant to be eaten at room temperature, so in the morning, I heat up enough rice for the bottom layer of my bento (3/4 cup), and the top layer has about 1/4 of stir fry, some sliced up cucumber, a bit of fruit, and one of my proteins. If I decide I want an egg that day, I just made a scrambled egg and toss that in. Max, it takes me ten minutes to get everything together and packed.
