Marshmallow Syrup Recipe:
- broil 2 cups of mini marshmallows in the oven until toasted to your preference
- meanwhile, melt 1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup water, & 1 tsp vanilla in a pot on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently
- add the marshmallows and cook, stirring, until fully blended
- strain out the marshmallow bits & store in the fridge in a jar
- add a heaping tablespoon to hot coffee or espresso for a delicious beverage
