Thanks for connecting. firstly, I deeply Apologizes for replying it too late. I used canon 5D mark 4 and Sony A7 s 3. I set my white balance in between 4800-5200 Kelvin according to the requirements. Note-Don't use white balance in Auto mode. It will constantly changes the white balance according to the lighting conditions and that's really a bad mistake

I used Godox SL60w and a 32 inche reflector

That happened because of the modifier’s size (softbox). Bigger the modifier larger the area to be cover

Both have their own advantages if you choose flash light you can go with higher shutter speed and higher the f stop like f/22 bcz of high power flash but also continuous light has their own benefits like continuous lighting is that what you see is what you get. You will get to know the brightness of the light before you fire the shutter because you can see it with your own eyes. There’s no guesswork. You know where the shadows will fall, how the light will hit your subject, etc.
