If your nozzle check is looking good try more pretreat.

i get an error message saying my image size is too large too print, the largest it will allow is 11 x 15 even though im using the 12.3 x 18 paltten

You might need to crop your image tighter. Look at your print preview that might show you.

my white layer prints down then it stops & wont print the color layer & i get a red err blinking light. why?

@@serafinaguirre6914 I figured it out last night, it was because I didn't switch to the B layer now it does it automatically! Thanks for your response!

@@serafinaguirre6914 but if you guys could do a video on single sleeve platen set up in the rip software that would be great, & what pretreatment do you use on cotton/poly blend 50/50, that would be awesome also!
