So, turn 5/6 Stony silence was cast on 5 and the same player then equipped commanders plate on 6. Equip is an activated ability. Stony silence affects his own artifacts as well.

I think Jim said equips on accident, Ardenn would've auto attached it during combat anyways

Fwiw I was playing Kenrith Stax in this one, not the Evolution deck (since both were on my roster). The lists are...incredibly similar though, so it's a minor thing.

Sequeira shouldn't have been able to equip the Commander's Plate to Tana at 6:40, as they also had a Stony Silence in play.

I think it was sorcery. Assassin's Trophy was in hand, so I didn't want to stop instants and the wheels in hand weren't going to have positive impact with all the Rule of Law effects.

squirrelmob didn't exactly need to put a counter to save the dockside? he could simply let it die and reanimate endlessly because eleshnor would kill it again and again? or was there any grave hate i was missing? (but if there was, PI wouldn't work too)

I think you're right. Didn't see a piece on the board that would've stopped that. Might've just been trying to be extra careful or just didn't think of it at the time.

@@marvel_imagine1713 I actually had a Deathrite Shaman that could have interacted with the combo, but 1. Elesh Norn killed it, 2. SquirrelMob had enough mana to reanimate again in response to my activation.

The cranky old man in me wishes players would use less "busy" playmats on webcam games. Most players are already terrible at having good lighting and camera angles, add-in super colorful playmats to the mix and I find it hard to focus on the cards and see what is being played sometimes. /end old man yells at clouds rant
