btw. the "one unicorn per map" is only for wild ones ^^ knowing that because I have been breeding them before, the big issue with them is not only is there only 1 spawning at a time, but also they tend to be hunted by any creature around, so they are quite often gone before even finding it or even when finding it lol.

Once a Unicorn is tamed, another one will spawn, I have tamed 2 Unicorns on The Island, natural spawn, no cheat

After you killed Fenrisúlfr, the Fenrir you acquire is at fixed level, but different stats, beating Gamma you get 150, beating Beta you get 190, beating Alpha you get 225

The rarest tame in the game.* Why it's rare: -Equivalent spawn rarity of a unicorn on Aberration, making it rare by default -Only found in/near the radiation zone around the Element Rivers, making it difficult to access because hazmat gear is required. -Easily killed by nearby wild creatures after spawning, and only tameable in areas where it will likely be eaten alive moments after being knocked out. -Nobody cares about taming Dimorphodons, the few people who DO see one usually ignore it. -Small, hard to see from a distance, and easily mistaken for a Seeker if you're not close, making it hard to notice even if one is near you. -Restricted to one official map, impossible to get normally outside of Aberration. This is the single rarest tamed creature in the game, and despite how ugly Dimorphodons normally are, this is one of the most beautiful. I encourage you to look up pictures of Aberrant Dimorphodons, they make an ugly creature look cool. You will only find a few pictures, because only a few pictures of these exist.

The constant Phoenix slander in every video is heresy

Tamed about 10 High level Unicorns (9 Females and 1 Male) on Official ASE Valguero over my 4+ years on the server... Bred them and gave a few away to friends who'd visit! They actually have 1 male and 1 female on the map at a time. Once you kill or tame one, the same gender will eventually spawn again, in a random Equus spawn location. Ark trolled me for a few months, which is why I had 9 Females, and only 1 Male. The male I tamed is still one of the highlights of my Ark adventure! (I try to block out the 150 level male I had to 95% before it was eaten by a pack of Raptors!!!!)

We have tamed probably a dozen Liopleurodons on official ASA in the past month or so.. the drop boost is absolutely OP imo and the O2 buff is a must have for underwater raids...we tame every one we see.

Ok I'm going to defend the phoenix cause it's a good way to get silica which is essential for electronics and certain saddles

I still remember the very first time I decided to play ARK on official servers. I spawned in on The Island, you know the location, that lip in the south, and I look around and see a Unicorn a few meters away from me. I thought "huh, so I guess this game has more than just dinos then". Little did I know I saw at the time the rarest creature on my first few seconds of playing lmao

5 years of official PvE I can say that I have got everything on this list haha at some point. And still have the ASE server from official as a downloaded save. Highest zombie wyvern I got was a level 420. But officially max LVL was 450. So it would only level up 30 times before been capped. Safe to say. I am in the 0.1% haha (And yes I did all these on official) After the network shut down, we added soul balls to "cryo" titans haha.

As I remember the Phoenix was the first creature that was able to smelt metal. But I'm sure it drops silica pearls instead of feces. XD

Nice via man. Just a couple of quick things here: 1. Server admins have an ini setting they can use to allow more than one wild unicorn at a time. 2. Server admins have ini settings to allow titans (the ones from Extinction and the titanosaur) to eat from troughs normally, thus they stay forever. I believe there may also be settings to allow for more than one tamed per ttitan.

as for zombie dinos uhh your way off keelter there bud not rare Pugnacia dinos mod makes zombie wyverns more common then you think i say this cuz i had like 45 of them between every type and fear evolved is still going stong for non officals servers on a.s.evolved get your facts before posting

Heres the real rarity list (for official) 1. Zombie dodo (people fight the dodo wyvern more because its easier and the dodorex is stronger due to the fire doing based off health % but usually people that os experienced use turrets on the dodowyvern rather than dodo rex) 2. Zombie wyvern 3. Fenrir (this is only rarer than lio because this came out when ark wasnt in its prime) 4. Lio (nobody wants this) 5. Titanosaur (literally takes 3k+ cannon balls but i seen less lios than this) 6. Phoe 7. Forest titan (hardest titan to tame for people with not as good aim as the more experienced players) 8. Ice titan 9. Unicorn (i seen this so many times) 10. Desert titan (too easy to tame and summon)

Your unicorn rule is false. There's no limit for tamed unicorns.. only for wild ones at the same time on the map ! ;)

Queen bees are a little difficult

You can break the corrupted nodes on the desert titan by letting it strike itself with its own lightning. It's basically free once you get a quetz.

In ASE I had a Unicorn, Pheonix and a Zombie Wyvern. I still have them on a private server.

Dodo Rex would probably be the rarest tame

Turkey trial dodorex: 😐 Don’t forget the Aberrant dimorphodon. It may sound weird but they actually exist and do spawn. But their chances of spawning are sooo slim. There even isn’t a guarantee for one to spawn per Dino wipe like lios and unicorns. Also the liopleurodon is not as rare as people think. I’ve seen dozens of them. Heck, I recently joined a server to play the island recent and found two together.

My first Wyvern was actually a Poison Wyvern, i went down with my Thyla into the Scorched canyon, and found a level 50-something Poison egg, and ran away happy (that may have been the time i leaped away with my tail getting singed by an angry Lightning Wyvern too, unless that was one of the times to get milk for him). It was my favorite version, actually. Cause it's breath was the easiest to use if you knew how to and at virtually any range. Felix was such a sweetheart. Blissfully unaware i imagine his personality, happy about life and everything in it. Not the rarest creature, but i think sometimes people just completely forget about Poison Wyverns since everyone loves the Lightning Wyvern, and Fire Wyverns get close second since Poison Wyvern grief is real.

yesterday i killed 6 liopleurodons in ark ascended

The information regarding a Unicorn is totally wrong and the entire community gets it wrong. 2 or 3 can spawn on Ragnarok, 4 can Spawn on Crystal Isles. The Center doesn't have them at all, and there are 2 on Valguero. The Island is the only story map (maybe they're on Genesis?) Once tamed or killed more will spawn, the same as any other creature. I think there are multiples on FJord and Lost Island as well, but honestly I can't remember as I don't play those maps much. The reality is they used to be rare, but not anymore. Liopleuredons again, super common on CI. Usually 3 on the Island. The Liop's "buff" is inconvenient because it doesn't just buff the crate, it actually changes the loot in it. This can be tested with admin commands, or awesome spyglass. As an example, I had seen an ASC Basilosaur Saddle BP in a drop with the Spyglass the other day and then when I opened the crate it was full of some crap Ghillie or something. It's a shame about the zombie stuff. WC actually would remove all the holiday assets when the holiday was over, and then they stopped supporting ASE altogether and now most of the events are broken if you try to activate them on a private server. I wish they had added assets like the DodoRex and Bunnyraptors back in the game files before abandoning this game.

I still have legitimate zombie wyverns on my Xbox single player. I played through the game and defeated all the maps, and once I was finished, I didn't want to delete all of my data and start over because there were some dinosaurs that I really loved and never wanted to lose. Plus, I had awesome breeding lines that my friends would often pick from to bring back to their own maps. I simply used another Xbox account in order to play the game over, again. My original account is loaded with a lot of those super rare creatures.

I still have zombie wyverns and zomdodos legitimately on my singleplayer world :)

Phoenix is very useful because it is the fastest flyer in ASA rn.

So i actually have 3 zombie dodos when i played we back when i was in a pretty big trib on official i uploaded them to the ark and literally forgot about them till i seen this

First time playing Ragnarok I killed a unicorn by mistake, not knowing it was rare

I was in a tribe with my friend and her friend years ago.. I ended up finding a unicorn and wasn’t able to tame it at the time, so I let my friends friend know and he got it. I helped him tame it and then left. A while later (like days or weeks, I forget which) they (the tribe) were having a horse racing contest and I wanted to join, so I borrowed a cool looking orange and black horse from him and their communal area to breed with a boring one I had. I logged off for the night and when I rejoined I was killed by my Base and turrets for being inside my base that I built. He kicked me from the tribe cuz I borrowed a horse which he had 10+ of. I rage quit and deleted the game for awhile after that (this was mobile btw) haven’t played online since. It’s bad enough I’m a female and have to deal with the typical gamer female interactions but this story on top of that… yea it would take *ALOOOOOOT* of money to get me to play online or with someone. I never have a good time. Found the dude a gd unicorn and I got kicked from the tribe.

I've tamed multiple leopluridons. We do it on a daily on island asa. I've tamed multiple phoenix and I use them stacked up to drop pearls passively. I've tamed 20 unicorns in ase none in asa because we got 2 from club ark. I'd argue that the carcha and amargasaurus are among the most pain in the ass. Not to mention that new yi ling is insanely annoying to tame. New creatures like the shastasaurus, so far I'm the only one on asa smalls consoles only with mutated ones

in my current world on the island i found the unicorn right around my spawn point and it was my first tamed creature

If your meaning official servers then yes you are correct but saying the phoenix is useless is wack bruh, it’s very useful as the inventory cooks metal and raw meats as we.l as make gasoline and the poop is silica pearls sometimes black pearls,unicorn should be above the phoenix and honestly titans need to be the lowest 3 on the list.

Liopleurodon is actually nowhere near as rare as you seem to think. I've maybe spent like 100-200 hours underwater in ark and I've seen well over 40 of them. They actually usually find me too.

had every creature on this list. i would say an oynx is harder to tame than most of these creatures. the electric eel is annoying too.

the titian are useless.. there no good only keeping them for a short period .. the phoenix i have had least 15 of them so there NOT THAT "RARE" and not that hard to tame ..the liopleuridon there no point in having anything for 30 seconds SMH.. IVE NEVER SEEN THIS FENRIR... and been playing ARK since the day it came out with almost 10 thousand hours on it and over 500 on ascended ..zombie dodos are again pointless

Me and my mates were playing scorched earth today and we saw a Phoenix and I will make it my life goal to take on on that run

The unicorn is for wild only so once one is tamed a new wild can spawn. Even then its map dependent. Some maps have more. But even on maps that have a single, I have single just by chance bumping into it many times. Hell one play through on Rag I spawned in the highlands and it was the first thing I tamed. I think on Crystal Isles there is like 5 or so unicorn spawns most of the time on map.

I was taking a wild unicorn to a safer place to tame it. Half way to my base, I noticed I had dropped it. By the time I found it, it had already drowned. Why can't I have good things!? P.S. I was flying over the ocean. Thats how it drowned

Zombiewyvern only require 1 mana. 1 managarmr walking around and shooting his beam, when no stamina just keep walking until you get it back. The managarmr need to be imprinted for some more speed or wyvern could hit him

Titanosaur doesn't die after 24 hours exactly. It dies from starvation (however long that takes) because once tamed it won't eat food from its inventory or troughs

Why does titano zaurys live only 24 hours?

Yes because titans that are spawned for boss fights at the players' discretion is harder to find than a unicorn with 0.01% of spawning.................... you can't count the titans as something rare when the titanasaur is almost a guaranteed spawn and the titan bosses are bosses so they only spawn when players do the oboelisk thing.

I seriously hope they apply fear evolved to ascended this year! No high hopes tho, because they are struggling with just making map releases on the time frames they keep putting out.

bit unfair to include creatures that are not perminate tames, althoguh in saying that it is possible to get the zombie ones still on ASE [not sure on ASA] since for single players and private servers you can set if an event is happening and what one just not on official anymore

Your naming creatures that were available in ark... ark isn't playable anymore since ascended dropped other than private servers.... you can't bring them across so why even go there?.... not viable....

You must not spend alot of time in the water haha . 2 in 7 years for number 4 ? I saw over 10 of those in the last week . I did tame 1 to get bonus on the loot drop but yeah i agree no 1 tame those and it last 3p mins so yeah it make sence its in the list.

all i haved. IMO more rare tames was snow/lava golem tamed or abberant araneo, abb dimorph, abb electrophorus, abb manta or trilobite, leechs, lamprey, onyc than titans

I have had all of those tamed at one time or others except for the fish not which I didnt really want in the first place the titans I have tamed all of them several times the wyverns yes I probably still have then on a saved game in AS somewhere most of those tames ar pretty useless now

Ok I've tamed all of these multiple times on ark survival evolved on official servers. The voidwyrm and space whale harder than a few of these

Unicorn was literally my first tame my first time on rag🤣🤣🤣 I've literally tamed everything on this list more then a handful of times. Can't wait till I'm 100% on trophies for ASA like I am on ASE

on official ase i used to give newbies zombie wyverns bc we cloned them.. we kept the originals tho

The Phoenix is the easiest to tame you fly around with a parasour on detection and it will show you where the phonix spawns build a box and then tame it ez

I did the fenrir stuf, just to get the uglyest colored fenrir ever. Like, it looked littlerly like puke, so i just stored it xD.

Liopleurodon is spawning all the time in Crystal isles. I used to live in underwater cave and it just was so annoying

more unicorns can spawn after one gets tamed. It's 1 WILD per map at any given time C:

i heard if you cryopod the short lasting tames you can keep them forever just make sure nothing happens to the cryopod

btw to get more unicorn spawns all you have to do is put the one you have in a cryopod or upload it at an obelisk

Only 1 unicorn can be wild at a time. Once tamed or killed another wild will spawn However ASA unicorns have baby unicorns to make taming easier lol

I have tamed every dino here hardest was the Lionelurodon because you need giant bee honey to tame it and they spoils fast

On ase rag912 I found 4 unicorns in 1 day 150 145 135 and 125 when we were a tribe called twa

Unicorns r rare on current maps but with cloning and breeding its pretty easy to get and alot do get.

You can tame a fenrir by going to fjordur and teleport to jotunheim they spawn there

Ark survival ascended is still so trash vs the original. They ruined cryppods took out official orp servers and have taken this long to only drop one extra map smh

if fenrir was cloneable or breedable, it'd be a lot better. the effort to get it is really taxxing. its uses and utility are great but its combat traits aren't worth the risk in losing it, which sucks because its abilities are really cool. It's one of the coolest creatures in the game imo, hoping it gets more of a rework in ASA to make it worth it.
