Open letter for this community: Thank you for keeping this trend going, it's really a bliss and a bless to hear every variation of the song, i don't know what it is if the base melody or the customization of every one of you make but damn if it slaps hard every time, literally keep it going because it's really amazing to hear new artist have a go every time it does pop up in my feed. I think it's because the main melody is so identifiable no matter what context it's in. I'm in love with the various versions of this song and the original had a pretty profound effect on me, so I thought I'd contribute

I seem to think that the trend is from a reflection of a composer's emotion and experience while making the song. It's the base song with the soul of the composer mixed in.

Coming here just to say that... Yeah, we fucked up. Global warming may be irreversible by the next few years, so it's likely that we'll go extinct by the end of this century, in the most painful ways possible. I won't be able to live a good life by this point. Just broke up with the person I swore to protect and to make a family with, only God knows how miserable I am now. We won't go far anyway, neither will I. It's a battle we're losing, I'm losing. There's no point. It's over.
That's exhaustion and fatigue talking. Its not over till you give up and accept defeat. Setbacks happen. But they need not be permanent. Tragedies happen. But they need not define who you are.
