Creed - Aventus (2010) VS Fragrance One - Office For Men (2019) 

Yo I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for watching. Some people (not many) have said these Battle Videos are redundant and that nobody really cares. However this has been, analytics wise, the single most popular, engaged with and successful video I have released since I came back in August, it's even beaten my Most Complimented Video, which is very hard to do. We won't be doing Battle Videos too often however, as although they are a blast to make, they can be very difficult to produce and it usually feels like i've dropped a mini Nuke on my channel everytime one is uploaded. 😂😂I actually will be taking a Break IRL as we're about to move home and there's a couple of personal things i've not been able to attend to whilst i've been daily uploading. I'll be back very soon probably 2 - 3 Weeks but until then, thanks to all my new Subscribers and keep smelling great!

Aventus has always been a scent that men like but women were kinda 50/50 on it.

Not suprised, aventus has oak moss and smoke. We all know know it is a masculine scent and a little more of a niche scent. Fragrance one is mass appealing . I would put office for men up against invictus, aqua di gio, mezionote by galimard and other blue mass appealing aquatics.

Coming from someone who's only been into fragrances for a few months, I haven't been through the whole "Jeremy fiasco", so I'd like to think I'm looking at the scenario through fresh eyes. Jeremy comes off as the new guy on the block who's gotten a whole lot more attention in just a few years than others have gotten in a lot longer period of time. He's good looking, has attractive girls on his channel all the time, and has gotten WAY more subscribers. I definitely sense a lot of jealously from certain RU-vidrs because of it. But, he did what he said he was going to do. Make a mass appealing fragrance, which is exactly what you want in a fragrance to wear to work. George, I love your content and respect your opinions. Well done for you to be able to recognize that this fragrance may be more respected than Jeremy is himself. I'll be on the watch for the Jeremy reaction video now. LOL

All these hateful comments are funny to me - you must be able to separate the creator/brand and the product. To be honest, you could probably do a Versace Eros vs Creed Aventus battle, only asking girls, and the €60 for 100ml fragrance would most likely beat Creed Aventus. It's like everything else; a large crowd loves "brain dead" trap music while only a select crowd appreciate the craft of orchestral music, and that is exactly why it's so special to them.

Office for men is underrated it is a great fragrance judge the juice not the person behind it. I saw that you bought a bottle yesterday. Nothing wrong with giving credit when credit is due.

Doesn't surprise me in the least. Creed Aventus has been known for quite some time as more of a boxer dropper. Jeremy knows his audience and didn't plan to create a work of art, he stated very clearly it's for the consumer who wants mass appeal. He may be douchey but he does spend all his free time gauging women's response to scent. Think about this, his entire RU-vid career has literally been market research, other RU-vidrs judge on the artistry of fragrance. Jeremy has been results oriented since day one. I'm just upset Fragrance one didn't turn out to be a revamped ADG Essenza meets Sauvage. He went for a Sauvage, Prada L'homme, Aventus Melange.

Aventus is a boxer dropper, office one is a panty dropper....aventus is mostly liked by guys and older women. I own aventus and I think it’s way overrated and hyped, thank you.

I’ve followed Jeremy for a couple of yrs now, he’s different, polarizing, sometimes odd and always ambitious. It’s obly recently I’ve seen the fragrance reviewers that clearly don’t like him and are so jealous that it oozes out of them in their “reviews”. Well done on being honest and admitting you may have been at least partly wrong.

Now i know how this works. Fragrance one won because you asked for most of the ladies' reaction. Actually the thing is girls tend to like Office for men and men prefer Aventus. I have Aventus and its clearly my favourite fragrance but when i asked my gf to rank my fragrances, it wasn't even in the top 5 that she chose, i told her that Aventus is my favorite and she said she doesnt like it at all, Aventus is not a panty dropper at all, but we men love it so much, so imo Aventus is still the winner but not if all you care is the ladies reaction.

lmao being that i've been into fragrances for only a little of a while and knowing how big Creed is and who jeremy fragrance is. This is pretty damn funny. Also incredibly surprising how well OFM is holding up as a fragrance. Fragrance is subjective. So many people like so many different scents so you never have a definitive "best" There's statistics to show popularity but never a best. Watching a lot of videos it definitely seems like women like OFM and men do not. That ending was bloody brilliant hahaha. The angriest Decant spray ever. 10/10 battle video.

It's good to ask regular people who aren't industry knowledgeable what they prefer. This is most of the people out here.

I've posted this before, but I'll say it again, the only people who seem to dislike office one, made by a tall, popular, ex model, German accientented man, are other men. Does that mean office 1 is amazing? I'm a lady and I can think of at least 5 colognes I like better for my guy. I'm saying that ALOT of reviews seem to be biased against office 1 because Jeremy is a very dis likable guy. I like his channel for run downs sometimes, but I much prefer smaller channels where fragrance is a artistic, personal choice. Were smaller youtubers and serious frag heads give unbiased reviews on all sorts of niche and designer fragrances. It was sad to see so many frag channels bash office 1 because they didn't like Jeremy, instead of giving an unbiased review. Office 1 is a generic, crowd pleasing scent. Put it up against Coach or even something like Cool Water, Aqua Di Gio. Office 1's biggest problem as a fragrance in my opinion is the price. It's got a niche price tag and designer smell. I thought the fragrance community was better than this. Petty, just like the makeup community here on RU-vid....

I was getting a haircut yesterday, while wearing Fragrance One, and the young lady cutting my hair said I smelled so damn good that she was thinking of giving me a freebie. I told her, No thanks....I'm just here for the haircut." Lol Honestly, I have no desire to repurchase Aventus after having used the remaining drops of 2012 500no flacon. The new stuff is like water and not one compliment. Sad, but true.

I haven't smelled Fragrance One. I've been into fragrances pretty much my whole life (I'm 60) but only started 'collecting' in the last few months. I saw all the videos hyping Creed Aventus, a line and fragrance I had never even heard of and I live in Vancouver, a relatively large city...I simply had never crossed paths with it at all. I blind bought a 50 ml bottle online and was a little surprised/shocked by the smell of it, and thought, "THIS is what all the hype is about?" I wear it, I like it, I can appreciate it, but I can also see where someone who really isn't into fragrances may go, "What's all the fuss about?" Nicely done...God bless!
