Fun facts:the eye pit on the disco area is from a very old image of the neighboor room+the deformed cat and the chaotic nature lead to the theory that this was a early version of headspace, when sunny's mind was way less repressed and shit was much more chaotic The disco area has a unused warp by interacting with the Omori russian dolls The Black area(where drone plays) should have a warp that would let the player go into Black space 2 There is a unused warp on the town area, it would be acessed by interacting with the window on Mari's house The faceless area has a lot of holes, by looking on a map editor, they form the words "KILL ME" The faceless area is called "MEAT ROOM" on the files You can acess another area on black space 2 by getting the raft 3 times on the raft area There is a unused cutscene with Basil on the neighboor area with sunny and him using a slider
0:23 What's disturbing is that this is illustrating that Something's vertical 'eye' isn't an eye. It's part of her face, and the the 'pupil' of Something is really her whole eye.

Omori seeing his memories with mari where both of them are happy and something (aka mari) saying "sunny, i love you" like mari used to say. Imagine how painful it might be with all this guilt you carry on, to see what you have done with a person who loved you so much

It isn't there in the video any more, but still, that part was so disturbing when I played it for the first time. In fact, that part got me to seriously start crying from fear, which is something nothing in fiction has achieved before from me. The moment I saw a fictional character whom I admire greatly-Hero-in a really messed-up environment, I immediately thought to myself, "no. That isn't Hero. That isn't Hero." Especially when he left without saying a word. This immediately made things scary for me. Not only that, but a distorted version of Lost at a Sleepover was playing. I knew what the track was titled at the time, so I had one guess as to what I was in for-my "friends" aren't my friends. Then, I saw them work together to kill Basil, and seeing Hero blow a whistle and giving a signal for them to start attacking him was so disturbing to see. I yelled, "what the heck is wrong with you guys!?" as I went to speak to them. I went to Hero, and the moment I saw his picture, that is when the true fear began. Just seeing a version of a character whom, again, I admire greatly turned into whatever the heck that was while dialogue from the beginning of the game being repeated that hasn't anything to do with the current situation was the scariest part. I started uncontrollably hyperventalating, which was soon led by spontaneous crying. I even talked to Kel (who was my favorite character at the time) and Aubrey, and both my hyperventalating and crying only worsened. It was undoubtfully the scariest moment I have ever experienced while playing a video game. What was funny was I had already seen everything up to where the door with red glow appears (because before, I went through the door without checking the other ones) and had already seen half of Black Space, so I mostly went through without any fear, really. I also thought I could predict what would happen next-Basil keeps dying-but that all changed at the final room. So, the only time I really got scared while playing Black Space happened to be the scariest thing I had ever seen in fiction. What a moment that was!
When I did my Hikkikomori playthrough I realised that's what Kel says at the start of the game in neighbour's room after you give Aubrey her pillow back. He says exactly that but it doesn't give the same feeling AT ALL

Today, I played more of the omori route and you can find a black car between deep well and Last Resort. The car will bring you back to Town Area. My first time I didn't check the house with the painting, so I went in knowing what would happen. But then after interacting with the painting, a jumpscare photo of Omori and the long hair from the painting appeared and immediately leaves. That scared me the shit out of me and the worst I screamed at this game.
Also if you take the key and stand in the position seen in 4:18-5:03, and wait for at least 143 seconds after taking the key, you will be able to interact (keep pressing it) and jump down which leads you to "the docks" which is a massive area with a lot of secrets, normally accessible in the Omori route but has some special features if you are on the Sunny route.
@Sem cabeça yep, it's a motif that omocat has weaved in to stuff mostly relating to Mari which is shorthand for "I love you" (number of letters in the phrase)

Had to point out something In the backyard area if you wait 143 seconds (or minutes) you'll probably teleport to a place (can't remember if it was blackspace 2 or the red maze) In the punishment area: After you cut open MEWO (not sure if it was edited) but butler said: "you know there might be other way out but..."
How to not be afraid of HELLMARI throughout the game! (I watched a gameplay of it, I don't own the game.) Step 1. Tell yourself that she's BEAUTIFUL and should be crowned Miss Universe! Step 2. Look at multiple photos of her. Step 3. Make fanart (optional) If you're still afraid of her, sounds like a skill issue. These worked for me except step 3, because I didn't do that one (I began making her out of clay, but I haven't finished her yet, and it's still sitting on a kitchen counter in my basement....). H-HELLMARI is so beautiful! Right guys? RIGHT...?
Well it's only an imaginary version of Mari which Sunny subconsciously made up from his trauma. It would be easier to handle it better if we keep in mind that it's just Sunny's own creation and if the real Mari ever saw HELLMARI, she would be terrified at first but then very saddened at how her brother sees her as a terrifying being. Or rather, be amazed at how outgoing Sunny's creativity can be :D

One of the clearest indications of the kindship between the two games is found behind the Jackson poster in Hobbeez. After interacting with it and "defeating" Jackson, the Merry CD will fall out behind the poster. Playing it in a jukebox will play an original track from the creator of Undertale himself, Toby Fox.
That version of mari with the long mouth and broken neck is the most scary thing in this game, I’ve reached the point where I can’t even look at mirrors at night because I literally feel like she is behind me irl , I’ve had nightmares about ghost face when I was little and this mari is like an upgraded ghost face that continues his legacy of scaring the sh*t out of me
Ngl the first time i acctuly jumped while playing omori was when hallmari appeared in the towm area because i knew it was there so i was expecting a normal hellmari jumpscare where it charges at you but i was wrong

Black Space and The Truth segment are the most unsettling parts of the game. Can't wait for my psychological damage to go away so I can play the OMORI route in 6 months. I'm not actually traumatized by this game, I just like to joke about it because it's one of the darkest games I've ever played.

When I was playing the game, 2:07 scared me so bad. I was told "check every house, something happens" so I did. I was so focused and when it popped up I actually cried a bit and had to walk away.

Man I entered black space in the middle of the night with a friend on call, when I saw the large "something" with the face I basically kept saying "nope nope nope".
