Hi, I just ordered my and I can not wait to use it! I just had a quick question.. Did you bolt the laser to your board? How will you laser your cutting board if it is bigger than your system? Thanks! Rick

Awesome! Congrats! So, that’s the tricky part . I did bolt it down for most work but on a couple of occasions I have removed and set it up on risers. Not sure what the long term solution will be.

Just got my LM2P a couple of weeks ago and can't wait to start using it. I have to get to learn Lighburn first. I had a problem downloading the laser gerble for some reason. Thanks for sharing and hope to see some cool items coming off of it. Take care.

Did you buy this or was it given to you? I have a review video coming out on this same laser in a couple days.

I partnered with them as an ambassador so yes they have it to me but I have obligations to hit with it. 👍🏻

I have been thinking about getting one, it's hard to find a video that describes the basic set if up projects that aren't just a sheet of plywood to be cut out. How easy is it to zero out for smaller odd stuff say like the side of a 2x4 on a shelf for example ? Thanks any info would be great, and how does the free software work sofar for you ?

It is very easy to zero and center on work. I always run a test burn to check positions. The free software is ok and easy to use. You can be making stuff in about 10 minutes after install. Lightburn is way better and more versatile for set up and detail work.

Looks good, but I would really want an engraver that can handle glass, especially things like like mugs and steins.

This one can burn and etch glass and they offer a rotary table for it does that exact purpose. I want to get it eventually and will share it when I do! Thanks for watching!

Hi, I bought the same model with the goal of engraving cutting boards, same as you, I had to take my boards over to somebody else and sometimes just don't work. I started engraving using laser GrBL, I have only done some, not much, maybe 20 boards. Recently I have experienced issues with the engraved image not being complete, looks like the machine gets stuck in a position and then keeps moving, the result is that the image gets king of compressed and of course incomplete. Have you experienced issues also?

I went Amazon to look at getting one of these and a very large amount of reviews were 1 star, horrible, power supplied dying after a month...Then a bunch of 5 star... it's hard to know who to believe or if quality control is just really hit and miss.

I will keep you posted. So far I have done about 7 burns with it and it’s been good
