If you have the pad fully encapsulated by the support it will not deform. I have had zero issues with these pads over the past several months and also, they get used so often, they never rest in the same place. Thanks for the concern and suggestion. Thank you for watching.

Same… I usually just have my sanders on top of other project tops… but any excuse for unnecessary walnut edge banding 🤔…. NEVER unnecessary 😂
