Fuck that, one hour and a half, final episode of the last season spectacular, as Creghan Stark ends the Dance, beheads so many people in Kings Landing, and chooses the next dragon to plunck his scaly arse on the Iron Throne! Also, the writing better be damn well better than season 8 of GoT!
@@woodwyrm unless the first 30m are him cripwalking into the city....that makes no sense he legit popped in...found simple solutions to complex problems and left like a gangster in silence and violence :P
Do you have any suggestions on how to properly follow the timeline of all things game of thrones related? Is it the books or anything else because from a lot of different RU-vid shorts I’m getting a lot of information but it’s getting hard to keep it in chronological order.
Robb Stark on paper is probably only second to Theon Stark in terms of his battle resume. Never lost a battle, captured Jamie, liberated Riverrun, invaded the western lands and took the crag. Robb was a savage... but a child
@@josephmichael8487 Rob chose love over duty. He broke his promise to marry one of the Frey daughters. Then Frey double crossed him, taking his revenge.
@@LB-wt1oj in the books this doesnt happen, robb gets drugged(not drugged but someone gets him drunk) and a girl that twyin sends his way gets "pregnant". robb wanting to be an honorable man refuses the marriage treaty with the freys. frey doesnt like that so he sides with twyin then boom, red wedding. they added robbs love for drama but he, much like his father died for honor. wich is a lot more poetic imo.
For context (in the books), Cregan was 14 years older than Aemon the Dragonknight's father, Viserys II. So when Aemon was old enough to face Cregan (likely in a tourney) Cregan had been given the nickname "The Old Man in the North."
Yeah, during the hour of the wolf, he comes down to Kings Landing, and it only takes him a couple days to clean up all the mess and take the heads of all the old traitors in Rhaenyras and Daemon’s son Aegon the seconds court and appoint new people to court and then leave and a lot of the people he punishes and kills. He does so because they betrayed Rhaenyras brother Aegon and poison even though he was his enemy, he still kills them for betraying and murdering their king and makes all the kings guard take the black or lose their heads
The late lord Stark. I wonder if he was pulling the famous Frey/Tywin move of showing up when you're sure of the winners. Though he seemed pissed about it, cause he then insisted on executing any opposition left standing. Thank goodness he was dissuaded from that . He's a character who's formidable by reputation.
@@moisesremusmajan6225 he repaired nothing. He showed up and started ordering executions of those who supported Aegon (understandable) but then he turned to Rhaenyra’s supporters and said ‘you know what? You guys poisoned Aegon and that’s cowardly, so I’m ordering your executions too!’ Which is just stupid. Cregans an idiot in my book. The Starks in GOT I loved. But Cregan I hope is shown in the show as the moron he is.
@@DolphineAchonga-gn6kn he didn’t just want to execute the opposition, he wanted to execute his allies too. They killed Aegon with poison and Cregan thought that was cowardly and without honor (and you know Starks and their honor) so he was going to execute Rhaenyra’s supporters too. I don’t hate but I strongly dislike Cregan and I hope the show makes him look like the fool he is.
I enjoy hearing about Targaryens as much as the next person but can’t we please get a show that is just about House Stark??? They are a pivotal player it seems in every battle that will affect the masses. We need more of them!!! And everyone they cast to play members of their house be fine as hell 😂😂😂
Could of had one. Bloodmoon was supposed to be a stark show set during the near pre history/legendary days. Didn't make it past the pilot. Was the only spin off I wanted to see.
I hope they give us a little more action with Cregan. He has a formidable reputation in the books but doesn't directly participate in the war. This is where I would welcome a change of book plot . Unlike in the books, I hope he leads the northern army personally so we get to see him in action.
During the hour of the wolf, he comes down to Kings Landing, and is hand of the king it only takes him a couple days to clean up all the mess and take the heads of all the old traitors in Rhaenyras and Daemon’s son Aegon the seconds court and appointed new people to court and then leaves to rule in the north and a lot of the people he punishes and kills. He does so because they betrayed Rhaenyras brother Aegon and poisoned him even though he was his enemy, he still kills them for betraying and murdering their king and makes all the kings guard take the black or lose their heads
Such an amazing choice with casting tom Taylor not only looks like a stark and oozes honour and duty but he also played Uhtred when he was a child in the last kingdom.
What im curious with the timing was the whole "its been a few weeks since Viserys death" is bullshit because how did Cregan and Jacaerys even had time to bond
@@nomorebeans800 ??? When he arrived it had already been decided Aegon would marry Jaehaera, Aegon would have been King regardless of Cregan. And even after the Hour of the Wolf Aegon II was considered the legitimate King, with Aegon III getting his claim not from Rhaenyra but from Daemon (being the most senior prince of the male line after alicents sons died)
@@igorlopes7589 without the hour of the wolf aegon the second may have had the chance to remarry and have a male heir. The only reason aegon the II was killed was because the council thought cregan would reward them with mercy.
@@nomorebeans800 What?? Is there any evidence Aegon II was killed bc of Cregan's army?? As I see it they killed Aegon bc with Borros defeat the Riverlander army was free to march on King's landing
The soilders using that kind of swords were in the frontline trying to break the pike formations of the enemy. They used to get double mooney for that...
I thought Jace has an affair with Cregans bastard sister, I think her name is Sarah Snow, and Cregan gets mad until Jace tells him he loves her and they wed at the weirwood tree (thus betraying Baela)
@@nolifealan9746really? I've read Fire & Blood and there is never a mention of him and Jace having any sort of romantic relationship. There's theories there about Jace and Sara Snow by Mushroom but definitely not anything about Jace and Cregan. Definitely never heard any theory on any ASOIAF boards about them being romantically involved.
@@wiccankaplanmaximoff104 they did, atleast by Mushrooms account. There's nothing hinting about a romance between Cregan and Jace. I think the other guy is just projecting.
I would so much rather a Stark show than a Targaryan show. The Targaryans suck. I hate the Targaryans and have since episode one of A game of thrones. A show about the first men, would be so much more interesting then the House of the Dragons.
