■Caramel sause
10ml water
60g granulated sugar
10ml hot water
■Cheese pudding
100g mascarpone cheese
3 eggs
60g granulated sugar
240ml milk
100ml heavy cream
5ml vanilla extract
■Sponge cake
1 egg
30g granulated sugar
30g cake flour

I was expected a big blooper in the end but it wasn't 🤭 because was pretty difficult to remove it from the pan ☺☺ Looks very good ☺❤

Made this today - honestly, as easy as it looks and taste was perfect!!! Only note is to perhaps add more water than 10ml up front on the caramel... cover the sugar completely with perhaps 100ml... no impact other than to slow down the carmelization for those that don't do this every day or have very uniform heat in the pan. Would make this again!

@@Dancinglemon funny because here in Italy we def prefer other types of cake and the recipe "italian pudding" here doesn't exist

@@glitterina8278 I'm pretty sure that Pudding in Japan is like a Creme Caramel kinda thing. So it might be more accurate to translate it as 'Italian style pudding cake'? I don't really know enough about worldly puddings to be more accurate haha

@@Dancinglemon the closest we have in italy, as recipe, is called "budino" and we usually include "creme caramel" in this category. So yes, by saying "italian style pudding cake" you mean "budino" :)
